The lamb skewers were honestly amazing, really tender meat with just the right amount of fat, and the charcoal grill gave them this crispy outside, juicy inside thing going on. They dusted them with cumin and chili powder and wow, the smell was incredible. Plus the house-made chili sauce on the side took it to another level. Flavor was definitely on the bolder side but honestly that fits the vibe of a good BBQ spot. The whole place smelled like charcoal and smoke, which kinda gave me that old-school, back-to-basics feel. Loved it.
