Fresh Hand-Cut LambHand-cut fresh mutton, made from freshly selected lamb and meticulously sliced by hand. The mutton slices are as thin as cicada wings, cooking instantly in the pot while preserving the meat's tenderness and nutritional value. With a simple hot pot method, you can savor the authentic flavor of the mutton.

Reviews
- funny_octopusThis place is basically an upgraded take on the classic Beijing copper pot hotpot — they switched the broth to a half-and-half so it's actually doable for friends who can't handle spicy food. Heads up though: if you want the hand-cut fresh lamb neck or the lamb kidneys, get there early. After 7pm they're probably gone. We got there at 6:30 and they had literally one portion of kidneys left. They were super tender but you gotta watch them closely or they'll literally dissolve in the pot — overcooked by even a little and they're gone. The fried chili oil they give you is generous and really fragrant. Service was warm and they actually walk you through the menu. Fair warning: weekends at dinner are packed, so expect a wait — I'd go off-peak. Great for hanging out with friends or a family meal. If you're after fresh meat and that traditional flavor, definitely worth a try.
