Reviews
- Lake_8Went with a friend the other day to try a Hong Kong-style hotpot place and honestly we had a great time. We ordered the beef brisket claypot and a fish maw chicken soup, and both were really solid. The beef brisket was fall-apart tender, super flavorful, and the broth was thick and packed with that rich, savory aroma. Some bites still had a little chew to them which I loved. The fish maw chicken soup was so smooth and silky, no weird aftertaste or that fake MSG-y thing, and it honestly left my stomach feeling warm and happy afterwards. The greens were super fresh too, the owner told us they buy everything the same day. It was kinda crowded when we got there but the staff were still pretty on top of things and helpful. Price-wise it's totally fair, the set menu is a really good deal. Great spot to come with friends.
