Reviews
- Emerson_9Came here for lunch on a weekday and grabbed a bowl of their big bone broth pork cartilage ramen (大骨浓汤猪软骨拉面). The broth was super rich and the pork cartilage was fall-off-the-bone tender, literally melted the second I bit into it. Came with a soft-boiled egg and some seaweed on top, and honestly everything just worked together really well. The noodles had a nice bite to them too, super slurpable. The place was clean, plenty of seats, and the food came out fast. Service was friendly too. Ate and bounced — didn't mess with my afternoon work schedule at all. Definitely gonna be back when I'm in the area.
