Reviews
- Phoenix_6Was just wandering around the area and popped in on a whim, honestly didn't expect much but this little place was a really nice surprise. Got the pure beef sausage hot dog first — the bun was super crispy and the sausage was so juicy it was basically bursting, plus the sauce they put on it had a ton of flavor going on. Then I tried the braised lamb with Sichuan pepper noodles (shao yang rou hua jiao cuan er mian) and wow, the lamb was so tender it just fell apart, the numbing Sichuan pepper flavor really came through, and the noodles had that perfect chewy bite. The staff were really friendly too, kept coming over to explain the dishes without us even asking. They've got a ton of stuff on the menu and the prices are pretty reasonable. Grabbed a salty milk tea on my way out to warm up and honestly it was perfect for this winter weather. Definitely gonna come back next time I'm in the neighborhood.
