- snooty_cuminHonestly didn't expect to find a Chaozhou beef hotpot buffet out here in Huilongguan, but wow, what a find!! The beef is sliced fresh right in front of you and you can really tell the difference. Had the hanging dragon and the five-flower tendon cuts and they were so tender and juicy, like seriously melt-in-your-mouth. The hand-beef meatballs were bouncy and full of juice too, kinda obsessed with those. Love that it's self-serve so you're not fighting for a seat or waiting around. Just grab what you want when you want it. The place itself is super clean and they even have live seafood tanks which is honestly fun to look at while you're waiting for stuff to cook. The vibe inside is really nice. Price-wise it's totally reasonable, perfect for a broke student like me lol. Me and my friend left so full and happy. Already planning to go back and try the other beef cuts I missed!!
