- shy_oatOkay so we tried the "Three Musketeers" platter and honestly? Wow. The pan-seared goose liver sushi was insane — super crispy on the outside and the goose liver inside was so rich and creamy, and that sweet sauce on top just took it over the edge. Then the preserved egg and salmon one threw me off at first because I was not expecting to like it, but the preserved egg was jammy in the middle and the salmon was fatty and fresh, and the whole bite had this salty-sweet thing going on that was actually really good?? The brain sushi was Sichuan-style braised, sitting on top of the vinegared rice, super spicy and satisfying and you could actually taste the rice too. Heads up though — everything here is heavy on flavor, like bold and intense. If you're into that kind of thing you'll be in heaven, but if you like milder food maybe not your spot.
