The beef is slow-cooked till it's super tender and full of flavor, and with the pickled long beans and fried soybeans on top, every bite hits different layers of taste. The stinky tofu is crispy on the outside, soft and pillowy inside — eating it together with the noodles is such a vibe. The staff moves quick and they're super friendly too. The whole shop is clean and bright, gets pretty packed at meal times, but the food comes out fast. Honestly a really comfy experience overall, I'd come back for sure.
