Pork, Peanut, and Mung Bean ZongziPork, Peanut, and Mung Bean Zongzi is a traditional Chinese sticky rice dumpling. Its main ingredients include glutinous rice, marinated pork, peeled peanuts, and mung beans. During preparation, the glutinous rice is soaked, the pork is marinated with soy sauce and other seasonings, and the peanuts and mung beans are separately soaked. Two bamboo leaves are folded into a cone shape, then filled with layers of glutinous rice, pork pieces, peanuts, and mung beans, topped with more rice. The parcel is tightly wrapped and secured with cotton string. Finally, the zongzi are boiled in water for an extended period until fully cooked.
