Reviews
- nerdy_carawayThis place is tucked away on the second floor, doesn't look like much from outside but the vibe inside is super Japanese. I got the wasabi octopus and it was so good, not fishy at all, really nice bouncy texture, and the wasabi heat mixed with the sweetness of the seafood worked perfectly. The sashimi platter was super fresh too, the squid and the horse mackerel both had that real ocean flavor to them. The draft beer was crazy smooth, kinda creamy going down. Our server actually remembered regulars and kept refilling water without us even asking, which was a nice touch. Also tried the grilled sweet bamboo shoots and the simmered eggplant, both worth ordering, on the sweeter side though so if you're into that Japanese flavor profile you'll love it.
