- theatrical_pothosJust had lunch at Meizhou Dongpo and honestly walked out with my whole mouth tasting like nothing but seasoning, like seriously needed to rinse my mouth out asap. Luckily spotted a Costa right downstairs so I popped in. Got a latte and wow, it was actually really good. The texture was super smooth and kinda rich at the same time, with that nice mix of bitter and sweet that just kind of hangs around. There's this little hint of fruit or caramel in the finish too which was a nice touch. The milk foam was nice and silky, the coffee itself smelled proper, and even when I let it cool down a bit it still went down really smooth. Sweetness was just right too, didn't take over the coffee flavor. Definitely my kind of spot when I need to escape all that heavy food.
