Got the "strange flavor" grilled fish and yeah, it lives up to the hype — sour, sweet, spicy, salty all at once but somehow it just works, and the fish itself was super tender with no annoying little bones. Had the spicy one too and the heat actually had some kick to it without burning your throat, plus the skin was crispy which I'm kinda obsessed with. Our server suggested the black bean flavor and that was a sleeper hit, like a mild chili vibe with this really nice fermented bean aroma, came with shredded potato and green bamboo shoots and everything was cooked just right. Place was clean, booth seats were comfy, and the staff were actually helpful — not just standing around — they walked us through the menu and made suggestions. Super chill overall, definitely coming back.
