Reviews
- JossSuper spacious place and the staff were genuinely sweet, you can tell they actually care. We got the sukiyaki (寿喜烧) and the broth was light and a little sweet, tons of ingredients in there too. We started by sipping the soup first then worked through the veggies and meat, super cozy and warming on the stomach. Finished it off with a bowl of udon noodles thrown in at the end, honestly the perfect way to wrap it up. The foie gras was a huge portion, came with fig and blueberry sauce, and the sweet and tangy from the fruit totally cut through the richness — every bite hit different. Also got the pork belly with shiso (紫苏) and it was charred so nicely, that fresh herby flavor went insanely well with the fatty pork, like a match made in heaven. The servers were warm and on top of things, food came out quick too. Honestly the whole experience just felt really comfortable and easy, definitely coming back.
