  Crab was like two pounds, seriously huge. They do it so many different ways — the crab shell steamed egg was insanely fresh, like super silky and packed with that sweet crab flavor. Then they made fried rice with the crab roe right at the table, smelled amazing, every bite was just loaded with roe. The legs were done a bunch of ways too — the charcoal grilled ones had this smoky pine needle thing going on and were super bouncy and chewy. The steamed ones were just pure crab, the meat was so tender and sweet. They also tossed the body and some legs into the pot, and when it was done the guy cracked it all open for you so you could just shove big chunks of crab meat in your mouth — honestly so satisfying.
