Dishes
Lanzhou Beef NoodlesLanzhou beef noodles are a traditional noodle dish primarily made with noodles and beef. The noodles are handcrafted from high-quality flour and stretched multiple times to achieve a slender, elongated shape. Tender cuts of beef are simmered with a unique blend of seasonings, resulting in a rich and flavorful taste. The broth is prepared by slow-cooking牛 bones and spices, creating a deeply aromatic and rich flavor. Finally, the cooked noodles and beef are placed into the soup, garnished with green onions, mung bean sprouts, chili peppers, and other toppings for a satisfying meal.
Knife-Scraped Beef NoodlesKnife-shaved beef noodles feature fresh beef and hand-cut noodles, with beef typically braised or stewed and noodles shaved into boiling water. The broth is made from beef bone stock or clear soup, garnished with green onions and cilantro.
Soft-boiled EggA sunny-side-up egg is made by directly placing an egg into boiling water and cooking it until done. Its characteristic is that the yolk remains round and does not散开, while the white evenly wraps around it, resembling a pouch—hence the name.
Reviews
- marigold_birchWas walking by in the morning and figured I'd grab a bite, and honestly the deals were super legit. Buy one get one on the bone broth noodles, and on the Xinjiang beef too (one liang free with each order you buy). Prices were really fair. The breakfast buffet is only 9.9 yuan and you can eat as much as you want — decent variety too, great if you're in a rush. But heads up, if you go around lunchtime it's pretty packed, so I'd say get there early. Overall it felt like a really good deal, and the ingredients tasted fresh.
