The ice-boiled lamb was a first for me, lamb laid out on top of ice cubes, then you pour the hot broth over it and it cooks in just a few seconds. So tender and juicy, zero gamey taste, and even better dipped in their special sesame sauce. The staff were really attentive, helped me mix up the dipping sauce and even reminded me to add water when it was running low. They have private rooms too, great for hanging out with friends, and the self-serve sauce bar has tons of options. The lamb skewers are also worth trying, meat is firm and chewy in a good way. Honestly left pretty satisfied, would totally come back.
