We ordered the fish maw and fish offal hotpot and wow, the flavor was so unique — super savory, had that real wok char to it, spicy but not greasy at all. Seriously amazing over rice, so good we kept going back for more. The applewood smoked pigeon was crispy on the outside, tender inside, super well done. Our server was really attentive too, even explained the dishes when they brought them out. Overall a really comfortable experience, great spot for two people to just kick back and relax. Would come back for sure.
