- Zen_7The freshly cut hanging tender only needed like 8 seconds in the hotpot and it was so tender and bouncy, dipped in that satay sauce it was honestly impossible to put my chopsticks down. The beef bone broth base was super light and sweet, everything I cooked in it tasted amazing. The hand-pounded beef balls were so springy and basically burst with juice, every bite was packed with beef flavor. The staff actually helped me cook the meat too which was clutch, didn't have to think about anything. Place was clean, ingredients felt really fresh, and overall just a super comfortable experience. Would definitely come back.
