Dishes
Pork BellyPork belly is a cut of meat from the pig's abdomen, characterized by alternating layers of fat and lean meat, which gives it the name 'five-layered' or 'five-striped'. Common cooking methods include braising, stir-frying, or stewing. During cooking, the fat melts, resulting in tender meat with an aromatic flavor.
Kung Pao ChickenKung Pao Chicken is a dish made primarily with chicken, stir-fried with辅料 such as peanuts, scallions, ginger, garlic, and dried chili peppers. The chicken is cut into cubes, marinated, then quickly stir-fried with fried peanuts and seasonings to create a dish with a bright red color and tender, flavorful texture.
Live RoosterStir-fried live rooster is a dish using fresh rooster as the main ingredient, typically prepared by cleaning and cutting the whole chicken, then cooking it whole or in pieces through steaming, braising, or stewing with ginger, scallions, and cooking wine for tender and flavorful meat.
Stove FishStove fish is a traditional dish primarily made with fish. Fresh live fish is selected and marinated with seasonings such as green onions, ginger, and garlic. After careful marination, it is slowly stewed on a specially designed stove. During the stewing process, the freshness of the fish blends perfectly with the aroma of the seasonings, resulting in a rich broth and tender fish meat.
Frog and Ganyu Hot PotFrog and Ganyu Hot Pot is a hot pot dish made primarily with frog and Ganyu fish, usually cooked in a broth with seasonings. It has a fresh and rich flavor.
Reviews
- Glenn_17Came here with my kid for dinner and it was super easy to find, right on the main road. We got the fish cooked at the table — it was really fresh and the broth was so good, my kid couldn't get enough of it. The pork belly with the baked flatbread was a great combo too, super tasty. The cold appetizers were actually really flavorful and the portions were huge. We got a set menu and honestly the price was totally reasonable, more than enough food for the whole family, amazing value. The staff was super friendly and热情, they recommended a few dishes for us and we were really happy with everything. Definitely a solid spot if you're in the area.
