Grabbed shredded chicken, sesame paste sesame buns, sugar pastries, steamed glutinous rice cake, and sweet rice balls — tons of little snack options to take home. The sugar pastries were my favorite, even though they're a little on the hard/crispy side they get better the more you chew, really fragrant. The sesame paste flower rolls were super popular too, and for good reason. Heads up though, the shredded chicken had some pretty tough bones, so maybe not everyone's cup of tea. But as an old-school halal spot, it's basically impossible to go wrong. Perfect if you wanna grab stuff quick and take it home, super practical and solid experience overall.
