- Morgan_18Just tried a BBQ place and got the dry pot duck heads — when it came out the red chilies were sizzling in the oil and wow the smell was insane. The duck head skin was a little crispy, the meat came right off the bone super easy, and it was thick and really chewy with layers of spice and that numbing Sichuan flavor coming through. Also got the grilled fish and honestly it's worth a try too, the fish was tender and so flavorful, and the veggies on the side had soaked up all the sauce which was the best part. The place itself was clean and had kind of a retro vibe going on, and the owner was really sweet and brought out some free little side dishes. Overall super comfortable meal, everything tasted fresh and the flavor was solid. Would def go back!
