The braised beef was fall-apart tender and super flavorful, and together with the noodles it had all these different textures going on. The place itself was clean and bright, and they had an open kitchen where you can actually watch them prep everything, which I always appreciate. Staff were friendly and food came out fast. I signed up for the membership thing and got a free side — went with the soft-boiled egg and it was silky smooth, perfect. We had just come from the supermarket next door so it worked out perfectly for a quick meal. Definitely gonna come back next time I'm in the area.
