- Devon_1The zhajiang noodles were honestly sooo good — the sauce was super rich and savory, and the noodles had that perfect chewy bite to them, really satisfying to eat. Tons of fresh toppings too, like shredded cucumber, bean sprouts, and radish slices, all nice and crunchy. When you mix it all up every single strand of noodle gets coated in that sauce, so good. They also had this little side of pickled garlic in black vinegar (I think it was laba garlic?) that was tangy with a little kick — went amazing with the noodles. Staff was friendly and the food came out fast, place was clean too. Finished the meal with a bowl of sour plum juice which was perfect for cutting through all that richness and cooling you down. Overall super comfy meal, definitely coming back.
