Reviews
- spindly_hydrangeaA friend had been hyping up this Hunan spot for a while and honestly I wasn't expecting much, but it was a really pleasant surprise. The place looks clean and comfortable inside, and the food tastes super authentic. I tried the stir-fried beef with yellow peppers and the spicy oil-tossed dried tofu — both were amazing, seriously so good with rice. Speaking of rice, it's 4 yuan a bowl and you can get unlimited refills, which is kinda wild. They use Northeastern rice too, which was actually really good. The restaurant isn't huge but it's cozy and the service is warm and friendly. You just tell the owner what you want when you order, super easy. Definitely coming back next time I'm in Beijing.
