The hot one was warm and cozy, and the iced one had this pretty layered look. Staff were friendly and actually took the time to walk me through the menu when I had questions. Place is clean and there's plenty of seating, even when it gets busy it doesn't feel too loud. I came in the morning when I was in a rush and got my stuff fast no problem. Overall a solid experience, would come back.
