The sesame sauce dipping was super rich and smooth, honestly paired perfectly with the hand-cut fresh lamb — every slice had just the right amount of fat and lean, and after a quick dip in the hotpot it came out so tender, not dry at all. Also tried the fried sesame sauce sesame cakes, crispy on the outside and soft inside, salty and fragrant — honestly perfect after all the meat. The sweet garlic helped cut through the richness too. Everything tasted fresh, portions were solid, and I left feeling really satisfied.
