The whole young chicken was cooked until it was falling off the bone — barely touched it and the meat just slid right off, barely any fat, super clean-tasting broth. The herbal flavor was really mild, not strong at all, and it blended perfectly with the savory chicken taste. I felt so warm and cozy after drinking it. Inside the chicken they stuff it with glutinous rice that's soaked up all that broth, super soft and sticky, with this nice mix of rice and herbal flavor. So comforting.
