- Rowan_19I went with the high-calcium lamb — it has that crunchy cartilage that gives it great texture, and just a few swipes in the hotpot and it's super tender and flavorful. The sesame paste dipping sauce was so rich and nutty, I literally couldn't stop dipping. The crispy baked buns were perfect — flaky on the outside, soft inside, and even better when you smear some of that sesame sauce on them. The lamb was sliced fresh right in front of us, nice and even thickness, and you can totally tell it's fresh. Tons of side options too, everything made to order so you know it's clean. Overall super authentic flavor, definitely gonna come back.
