Dishes
Potato SlicesPotato slices are a simple home-style dish, with potatoes as the main ingredient. The method involves washing and peeling the potatoes, slicing them thinly, and then cooking them by stir-frying, frying, or baking. During cooking, garlic slices and chili peppers are often added to enhance flavor, and salt is used for seasoning at the end.
Boiled PeanutsSteamed peanuts is a dish primarily made with peanuts. After washing, peanuts are boiled in water and seasoned with salt and other spices to enhance flavor. No frying or complex cooking methods are used, preserving the natural aroma and texture of peanuts.
Spicy Pepper Grilled FishSpicy chili baked fish made with fresh fish, marinated and grilled, then stewed with spicy chilies, ginger, garlic, and doubanjiang to absorb the tangy spiciness.
Fried Tofu CubesTofu skin is a soy product made through processes such as soaking, grinding, boiling the soy milk, coagulating with brine, and pressing. It has a uniform flat shape, a bright yellow color, and a chewy yet not hard texture. Tofu skin can be enjoyed alone as a snack or combined with other ingredients for cooking, making it a nutritious and delicious food.

The fish skin is slightly charred while the flesh remains tender and juicy, with the savory aroma of stinky bean sauce and the spicy fragrance of chili deeply infused into the meat.
Bamboo ShootsBamboo shoots are primarily made from fresh bamboo shoots, which are washed and cut into segments, then cooked with simple seasonings such as salt and cooking oil through steaming or stir-frying, preserving the original fragrance and crisp texture of the bamboo shoots.

Reviews
- cocoa_wolverineTried their charcoal-grilled fish and honestly it was pretty good — way more flavor than the electric-grilled stuff you get at most places. Not a ton of bones either, which I appreciated. Went with the grass carp and it was my favorite. The pickled pepper version had that real smoky charcoal taste, and the sauce with the peppers was a little spicy but super fragrant. The veggies soaking up all that broth were honestly amazing too. Fish itself was tender and the sauce was rich and flavorful, definitely lived up to the hype. But they did add some water to it which made it a little greasier than I'd want — still not as good as some other spots I've tried. Location's pretty solid, super close to the bus stop and easy to find parking. The place itself is nothing special though, kinda dated decor and feels a bit worn down. Not really a date spot if you ask me, pretty underwhelming vibe overall.
