Reviews
- reef_maceThis place has been around forever and you can tell the second you walk in — super cozy vibe, easy to spot the sign right on the west side of the Red Star Macalline, tons of parking, and we showed up at dinner hour without any wait. The menu is honestly packed with stuff but you gotta try the signature braised pig trotters with soybeans — fall apart tender, so flavorful, my parents and the kids both kept reaching for more. The boiled fish and the black pepper beef are both really solid too. Service was on point, dishes came out quick, and they hook you up with free little side dishes and congee on the house. Best part though? The value is insane. We got the 138 yuan set menu for two and it came with blueberry yam, this bubbling tofu dish, and half a Peking duck — portions were generous and everything tasted great. Whether you're coming with family or just grabbing a meal with friends, this spot is easy on the wallet and you really can't go wrong. Definitely coming back.
