- caramel_fennel_seedI went with their "All in One" set, which is basically three coffees made with the same beans but totally different styles — honestly such a cool experience. The black coffee had this really bright, clean acidity to it, super refreshing. The milk coffee was way richer, super creamy with this nice oily mouthfeel. And the special one had walnut and lavender mixed in, and wow the aroma was layered and complex without being too sweet. The barista actually walked me through the flavor notes too, which I wasn't expecting but was a really nice touch — service felt really thoughtful. The place isn't big at all, but the design is super clever. It's actually built out of an old security booth so it has this cool industrial vintage vibe going on. And the atmosphere is really quiet, perfect for just sitting and actually enjoying your coffee instead of rushing. Definitely gonna be back.
