  Super easy to find this place and the inside is clean and bright. Service was fast too, which I always appreciate. I got the iced coconut latte — wow, the coconut flavor was really strong and creamy, and the ice made it super refreshing, perfect for a hot day. The jasmine milk tea was also really good, you can actually taste the flowers and the tea base isn't too heavy or sweet, just right. They have plenty of seats so when I went in the evening I didn't have to wait at all, nice spot to just sit and chill for a bit. Oh, and the orange Americano was just the right amount of sweet — gave me a nice little energy boost for the rest of the night.
