Dishes
Stuffed Tofu Skin RollsStuffed tofu skin rolls are made by wrapping seasoned pork mince in tofu paper and steaming. Key ingredients include tofu skin, pork mince, scallions, and ginger. The mixture is rolled into small cylinders or folded into blocks and steamed until cooked.
Romaine lettuceRomaine lettuce is primarily made from fresh romaine lettuce leaves, which can be simply washed and prepared to be eaten raw with various sauces or seasonings, used as a base ingredient in salads, or stir-fried and added to hot pot dishes.
Wide Rice NoodlesWide rice noodles, a broad ribbon-shaped vermicelli made from sweet potato starch. Typically, the wide rice noodles are soaked in warm water to soften them before being stir-fried or added to soups with meats and vegetables. They have a smooth, tender texture that absorbs broth well, enhancing the overall flavor.
BeefBeef dishes are primarily made with high-quality beef and prepared using cooking methods such as stewing, boiling, and stir-frying. During the cooking process, seasonings like scallions, ginger, garlic, chili peppers, and Sichuan peppercorns can be added according to taste, allowing the beef to fully absorb the aromas of the seasonings for a tender and juicy texture.
CornmealCornmeal is flour made by grinding corn, with corn as the main ingredient. When making it, cornmeal is mixed with water and can be steamed, boiled, fried, or baked into various foods such as cornmeal buns, cornmeal cakes, and cornmeal porridge.
Glass NoodlesGlass noodles are thin, elongated food products primarily made from mung bean, sweet potato, or potato starch, and are produced by steaming and sun-drying. During preparation, the starch slurry is heated to solidify, then cut into fine strands and dried. Before eating, they must be soaked in warm water and can be stir-fried, boiled, mixed, or used in soups, often paired with meats, vegetables, and seafood.
Enoki MushroomEnoki mushrooms, using fresh enoki mushrooms as the main ingredient, are typically stir-fried or steamed with seasonings such as garlic and chili, preserving their tender texture and nutritional value—a quick and popular home-cooked dish.
Chicken NeckChicken neck is a dish made from the neck portion of chickens. The main ingredient is chicken neck, which is typically blanched and then stewed or stir-fried with seasonings to allow it to absorb flavor.
Reviews
- Rory_5My friend told me about this malatang (spicy soup) place and said it was pretty good, so I swung by to check it out. The shop was actually super clean — sauce bar and tables all neat and tidy. When I was picking out my stuff, I was kinda surprised by how many options there were, basically everything I wanted was there, and the broth tasted legit. The owner was really nice too, helped me add some extra toppings and we chatted for a bit. Honestly I figured a street-side spot would be just average, but I was actually really happy with how it turned out. Would come back!
