- watermelon_prairie_dogFirst time trying the ice-boiled lamb thing and wow, I was honestly surprised by how fresh everything was. The lamb is supposedly shipped straight from Inner Mongolia and you can totally taste it — zero gamey taste, super tender when you dip it in the pot. The broth is literally just mineral water and ice cubes that you cook everything in and it ends up tasting sweet and clean, like I couldn't stop drinking it. They also grow their own organic veggies right there and oh my god the radish sprouts and baby cabbage hearts were so crispy and fresh. Staff was really friendly too, walked us through how to eat it properly so we got the most flavor. The grilled skewers were a little underwhelming though, the char wasn't quite right. But overall a really fun experience, I'd come back for sure.
