Dishes
Braised EggMarinated eggs are eggs that have been boiled and then soaked in a seasoned sauce made from soy sauce and spices until they are flavorful and well-colored. The key to making them lies in the preparation of the marinade and the timing of the soaking process.
Original Luosifen NoodlesOriginal Luosifen uses rice noodles as the main ingredient, combined with snail meat, pickled bamboo shoots, fried tofu skin, peanuts, and wood ear mushrooms. The noodles are soaked beforehand, then boiled and mixed with a prepared broth, topped with accompaniments for serving.
Fried EggFried egg is a dish primarily made with eggs as the main ingredient. The preparation method involves beating the eggs and mixing them with appropriate seasonings, then pouring the mixture into hot oil to fry until golden and crispy. The fried egg pieces are crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside, offering a rich and satisfying texture.
Fried EggFried eggs are a simple and delicious home-style dish, primarily made with fresh eggs. The preparation involves beating the eggs and pouring them into a preheated frying pan, then cooking over medium-low heat until both sides turn golden brown and the aroma of eggs fills the air—ready to be served.
Soft-boiled EggA sunny-side-up egg is made by directly placing an egg into boiling water and cooking it until done. Its characteristic is that the yolk remains round and does not散开, while the white evenly wraps around it, resembling a pouch—hence the name.
SausageSausage is a meat-based processed food made by grinding and cutting meat, curing it, adding seasonings, stuffing it into casings, and then drying or baking it.
Yellow Skin Duck FeetA dish made with duck feet simmered in yellow skin fruit, ginger, and scallions, resulting in a tender texture and fragrant flavor.
Reviews
- crystal_pansyMy friend told me about this place a while back and I've been meaning to check it out. It's right by a Wumei supermarket. Finally went and wow, the mantis shrimp pork dumplings are legit amazing — every single one has a whole mantis shrimp inside, the wrapper is thin but still has that nice chewy bite, and when you bite into it the filling is so juicy. Such a good combo of flavors and textures. I also tried the fennel egg dumplings, which were fine, but honestly next to the seafood ones they felt kinda basic. The place itself is super clean, the owner is really friendly and welcoming, portions are huge, and the price is pretty great for what you get. Grabbed an extra order to go on my way out. Definitely coming back here.
