- strawberry_pistachioFound this old Beijing copper pot hotpot spot tucked down Meihua Road and honestly it was perfect for a cold winter day. The copper pot showed up at the table and the smell from the clear broth was already amazing. The hand-sliced lamb rolls had really nice marbling, just a quick dip in the pot and they were super tender and juicy. Ate them with the pickled cabbage and beef meatballs and the textures together were so good. Veggies were fresh too, everything tasted really authentic. Just a really cozy, satisfying meal. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Beijing.
