- Pat_6#hotpot# This Dong Lai Shun in Shuangjing has been around for a while. There's a paid parking lot downstairs and even on a weekday lunch there were a few tables going, no waiting at all. [rice]Flavor: Dong Lai Shun's hotpot is that authentic old Beijing vibe. The lamb and beef quality is really solid, doesn't get all foamy, and the meat slices aren't sliced paper-thin like some places, so every bite actually feels satisfying! The big portions of meat are seriously worth it. The sesame paste dip is also super tasty.
