Dishes
Milk CoffeeCafé au lait is a beverage made primarily from coffee and milk, blended together. The bitterness of the coffee blends harmoniously with the creamy smoothness of the milk, creating a unique taste.
EspressoEspresso is a concentrated coffee made by extracting coffee grounds under high pressure, primarily using finely ground coffee and hot water. The coffee powder is placed into the filter of an espresso machine, and hot water at approximately 9 atmospheres is forced through it in 20 to 30 seconds, producing a small cup (about 30 milliliters) of dark brown coffee with a golden oily layer on top.
Pour-over CoffeeHand-poured coffee is brewed by manually pouring hot water over coffee grounds to extract the liquid. Main ingredients are coffee beans and water; beans are ground, placed in a filter, and slowly infused with hot water to release rich flavors.
