Dishes
Braised ChickenRoast chicken is a traditional Chinese dish with chicken as the main ingredient. The cooking process emphasizes precise control of heat to ensure the best texture and flavor of the chicken.
Smoked ChickenSmoked chicken is a traditional dish with chicken as the main ingredient. After marinating, the chicken absorbs the aroma of smoke during a specific smoking process, resulting in a unique flavor. It has a golden color, tender meat, and a rich smoky fragrance.
Pig's trotterPig trotters are blanched and then slowly stewed with seasonings until tender. The main ingredient is pig trotters, commonly accompanied by ingredients such as ginger, scallions, cooking wine, and soy sauce. The primary cooking method is slow simmering.
Old SoupOld broth is a rich stock made by slowly simmering various ingredients for several hours to extract deep umami flavors. Pork ShankPork knuckle refers to the front or hind leg of a pig, with pork elbow as the main ingredient. Finally, it is sliced and served on a plate.
Braised Pork ElbowBraised pork knuckles are primarily made with pork knuckles, which are first blanched and then simmered with soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, star anise, cinnamon, and other seasonings until tender and fully flavored. Reviews
- brave_azaleaThe pork trotters were so tender and full of flavor, my kid absolutely devoured them and even my little brother who never wants to eat meat was grabbing more. The sauce was rich and really authentic, tasted amazing with the old broth on the side. The owner was super nice and even gave us a little jar of soup to take home, said it's good for cooking. The place was clean and easy to find, there's a school nearby so it's really convenient if you're coming with kids. My whole family loved it, we'll definitely be back.
