Reviews
- weighty_aloeHit this Japanese BBQ spot for lunch recently and honestly didn't expect to be so impressed. The lunch menu actually runs till 4pm which is kinda perfect if your schedule's all over the place or you just really want grilled meat in the afternoon. Tons of set options too, from pretty affordable basics to more loaded premium ones. The meat was super fresh and the seasoning wasn't overpowering, plus that charcoal grill smell was amazing. Highly recommend the beef tongue and the premium short rib — both were so tender and not greasy at all. Staff were really friendly too. The vibe is your typical izakaya style, clean and tidy, and the ventilation was solid — I didn't walk out smelling like a campfire. Only heads up, lunch ends at 4pm so get there a bit early to avoid the last-minute rush. Overall a super satisfying and easy lunch, I'd definitely go back.
