I got the fish maw and chicken hotpot and wow, the broth was so rich and thick, the big chunks of fish maw were chewy and soft in the best way, and the chicken was super tender and full of flavor. Honestly, I was so happy eating it. I also tried the pineapple bun — crispy outside, sweet and soft inside, great layers going on. The red rice noodle roll was crispy on the outside and tender inside, paired with fried dough, and it wasn't greasy at all. Everything tasted fresh, the flavors were legit, service was on point, I'd totally come back.
