- flat_heronThe broth was super light and sweet, really tasty, and the noodles had that perfect chewy bite to them — not too thick, not too thin. The beef chunks were huge and so tender, and the sauce they toss it in right before serving smells amazing without being gamey at all. Place was clean and the seating was comfy. Service was great too, food came out fast, and while we were waiting for our noodles they brought out some fresh garlic on the house which was a really nice touch. The sour plum drink is homemade and it's the perfect cold, tangy-sweet thing to wash everything down. Definitely coming back.
