Reviews
- rose_peanutHot pot with the copper pot — the meat was honestly super fresh. The hand-sliced lamb was so tender and juicy, and the fatty beef slices had this rich, meaty flavor, just a quick dip in the broth and they're good to go. The sesame buns were crispy outside and soft inside, and the sweet garlic on the side was perfect for cutting through the richness. Place was clean, tables all neatly arranged, and the sauce station even came with two little side dishes, which was a really nice touch. The half-and-half broth was a good combo, didn't feel greasy at all. The wide glass noodles were silky and basically melted in your mouth. Overall, really solid experience.
