Dishes
Wide Rice NoodlesWide rice noodles, a broad ribbon-shaped vermicelli made from sweet potato starch. Typically, the wide rice noodles are soaked in warm water to soften them before being stir-fried or added to soups with meats and vegetables. They have a smooth, tender texture that absorbs broth well, enhancing the overall flavor.
Pork Rib StewBraised spare ribs dish mainly uses pork ribs with vegetables or tofu as accompaniments, cooked by slow stewing. After blanching, ribs are simmered in a clay pot with ingredients, water, and seasonings until tender and the broth is rich.
Dan Dan NoodlesDan zha mian features noodles topped with a savory sauce made from minced pork, doubanjiang, and sweet bean sauce. Cooked noodles are mixed with the fragrant sauce and optionally garnished with cucumber strips and bean sprouts.
Villager Grilled FishA dish featuring fresh fish grilled with vegetables and a secret spice blend, popular in Sichuan cuisine.
Oil-fried gluten noodlesOil-fried gluten balls are made from wheat dough that is fermented and then deep-fried, forming hollow spherical shapes with a crispy outer shell and a porous interior. To prepare them, the dough is shaped into small balls and fried in hot oil until they expand, turn golden brown, and are then drained of excess oil. They are commonly used in stir-fries or stews, absorbing the broth to create a rich and flavorful texture.
Spicy Meat NoodlesA flavorful noodle dish featuring spicy minced meat, stir-fried with chili and aromatics, served on hand-pulled noodles.
Braised Wonton in Clay PotPot-stewed wontons are made with pork or shrimp as the main filling, wrapped in thin dough and boiled, then simmered slowly in a clay pot with broth and seasonings such as green onions and ginger. They are typically served with side ingredients like greens and egg ribbons, resulting in a rich soup and tender wontons.
Enoki MushroomEnoki mushrooms, using fresh enoki mushrooms as the main ingredient, are typically stir-fried or steamed with seasonings such as garlic and chili, preserving their tender texture and nutritional value—a quick and popular home-cooked dish.
Green Pot Spicy FishFresh carp is cooked with green Sichuan pepper, dried chili, ginger, and garlic in a hot oil base, resulting in a tender, spicy, and aromatic dish.
Spicy Bullfrog StewA spicy stew made with fresh bullfrogs, seasoned with chili, Sichuan pepper, and aromatics for a bold, numbing flavor.

Reviews
- coffee_almondWent with a friend and wow, the chicken clay pot was so good!! We added wide noodles, lotus root slices, and cabbage and it all soaked up the broth perfectly — honestly super flavorful. Portions were huge, the two of us couldn't even finish it. We actually went with three people and got a medium pot plus a few sides and it was only like 70-something yuan, which is a crazy deal. The place is near the airport, super easy to find, and pretty busy too. The owner was really warm and the prices are super fair — it honestly felt like home-cooked food. Only small thing was the rice bowls were kinda tiny, but just order a few extra and you're fine. Definitely wanna come back and try their stir-fried chicken next time!
