- misfit_snap_peaThis place is tucked away in one of the hutongs and honestly has so much character — super spacious and bright inside, and the decor has this classic old Beijing vibe going on. We ordered the "whole family" hotpot and the lamb spine was fall-off-the-bone tender, you could suck out the bone marrow and it was sooo flavorful, meat was really tender too. The auntie server was so sweet, she actually taught us how to mix up the sesame paste sauce which was clutch. The handmade noodle pieces and pulled noodles were both really tasty and soaked up the broth perfectly. Overall a really solid meal, left feeling all warm and cozy inside. Would come back for sure.
