The dumplings were SO good — thin skin, packed with filling, and when you bite in they just burst with juice. Super flavorful, really meaty. The crab roe tofu dumplings were the standout for me. Crispy on the outside, tender inside, and you can actually see the little crab roe bits popping. There's this subtle sea salt thing happening that's kinda addictive. The whole place smells like hot pork fat and it just makes you immediately hungry. Location's great too — there's a subway stop right nearby, super convenient to swing by after hitting the sights. Definitely coming back.
