Donkey meat was cooked really well, nice mix of fatty and lean, and the seasoning was on point. I tend to like things lighter so for me it was a touch salty, but honestly that's on me. The braised donkey meat sandwich is a must-order, the bun is super crispy and once you drizzle that chili oil on it you can't stop eating it. Cold appetizer platter had a bunch of stuff — cucumber, peanuts, wood ear mushroom — all fresh and good for cutting the richness. Place was packed at dinner but the food came out fast and the service was on it.
