The nine-second pork kidneys were super tender and not gamey at all, and the cilantro on top really made it pop — honestly couldn't stop eating. The pork trotter soup had these radish pieces that tasted so natural and comforting. They've got self-serve rice bowls and I could easily go for two, definitely a spot for anyone with a big appetite. The brown sugar shaved ice tofu was cold and refreshing, sweetness was just right, perfect after all that spicy food to cool you down. The whole place has this lively, lived-in vibe but not messy at all — super chill and comfortable.
