The five-flavor caviar roasted duck was so good, the skin literally melts in your mouth. The Huairou chestnut foie gras was such a creative dish, it looks like a chestnut but when you bite in it just melts away, really impressive. The beef fried rice was also a standout, the more you chew it the more flavor comes out. The chef's signature scallion braised sea cucumber was super tasty too, the cucumber was soft and chewy and the sauce was packed with flavor. The classic tossed seafood platter was great, not greasy or spicy, really fresh and clean tasting. The Kewpie pepper Boston lobster had super bouncy lobster meat and the noodles soaked up all the sauce nicely. The aged filet mignon veggie salad was really good, the filet had great flavor. Vibe: the atmosphere was really nice, felt upscale but still comfortable. Service: the staff were all super attentive and friendly. Price: yeah, it's definitely not cheap, but honestly worth it for a special occasion. I'd totally come back!
