Reviews
- large_hummingbirdJust tried this new hotpot spot on the third floor of the mall and honestly I'm a fan. The whole place has this new Chinese style vibe going on — clean, open, really nice for hanging out with friends. We went with the Beijing-style spring water broth and it was the right call. Super light broth that lets the meat shine. And the meat was the real star. The lamb ribs and the lamb shoulder were so tender, had that nice chewy bite without being dry at all. We also got the classic frozen tofu and glass noodles as sides and both were solid. The sesame sauce they make in-house is really rich and flavorful too. Service was great — young staff but super on it, bell rang and someone was there right away. Price-wise it's pretty reasonable, maybe around 100 kuai per person and you walk out full and happy. For a mall hotpot spot it's a no-brainer if you're craving a comforting lamb hotpot. Will definitely be back.
